Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 lb ground turkey
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried sage
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix ground turkey with sea salt, garlic powder, sage, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 small, evenly sized patties.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve hot with veggies or sweet potato hash.

Notes

These patties freeze beautifully—make a big batch and reheat as needed. Feel free to add chopped spinach or grated zucchini for extra veggies. You can swap turkey for ground chicken or beef. Serve with sweet potato hash or wrapped in AIP cassava tortillas for a complete breakfast.
