Ingredients
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
4 ounces goat cheese, softened
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Place the crumbled feta cheese and softened goat cheese into a food processor.
Add the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and plain Greek yogurt to the food processor.
Process the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure even blending.
Season the whipped cheese mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, then pulse a few times to combine.
Transfer the whipped feta goat cheese dip to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the finely chopped fresh parsley evenly over the top for garnish.
Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita bread, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
