Description

A delicious and easy-to-make sheet pan pizza inspired by classic spinach dip flavors. This pizza features a crispy crust topped with creamy spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for a crowd or a family meal.

1 sheet pizza dough (approximately 12 x 16 inches), thawed if frozen
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Lightly grease a 12 x 16-inch sheet pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit the sheet pan dimensions.
Transfer the dough to the prepared sheet pan and gently press it to fit the pan edges.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.
Add the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly combined.
Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the spinach mixture.
Top with the shredded Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
