Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring savory Italian sausage, crisp green beans, and creamy Alfredo sauce all baked together on a sheet pan for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

1 pound Italian chicken sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced Italian chicken sausage, trimmed green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the sausage and green bean mixture in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and drizzle the Alfredo sauce evenly over the sausage and green beans.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the green beans are tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
