Description

A delicious and easy garlic butter shrimp bake featuring succulent shrimp baked in a rich garlic butter sauce with herbs and lemon, perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish (about 9×9 inches).
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp, tossing gently to coat all the shrimp.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the shrimp.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
