Description

Crispy baked sweet potato fries tossed in a flavorful garlic parmesan mixture, perfect as a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fries.


Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cut sweet potato fries in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat all fries evenly.
Arrange the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and flip the fries using a spatula.
Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 12-13 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over them.
Toss gently to evenly distribute the garlic parmesan mixture while the fries are still hot.
