Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer garlic sweet potato fries made with fresh garlic, olive oil, and a touch of seasoning. Perfect as a healthy snack or side dish.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket or flip the fries to ensure even cooking.
Continue cooking for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until the fries are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the fries for garnish and serve immediately.
