Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 medium ripe banana, peeled
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
3–4 ice cubes
Instructions
Add the blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to a blender.
Add the rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and baking powder to the blender.
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
