Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer salmon bites glazed with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, these salmon bites are quick to prepare and packed with delicious taste.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Air fry the salmon bites at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping. The salmon should be cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
While the salmon cooks, prepare the honey sriracha sauce by whisking together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and fresh lime juice in a small bowl.
Once the salmon bites are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and immediately toss with the honey sriracha sauce until well coated.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
