Ingredients

Scale

1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Return beef to the pan and stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Pour in cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
