Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Season the salmon fillets evenly with salt and black pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, chopped parsley, and paprika. Mix well until smooth.
Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
