Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small strips
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
Reduce the heat to low and pour buffalo wing sauce over the cooked chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until soft and pliable.
Assemble the tacos by dividing the buffalo chicken evenly among the tortillas.
Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Drizzle ranch dressing over the toppings and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Tacos.
