Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Using a spiralizer, create noodles from the peeled sweet potatoes.
Place the sweet potato noodles in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
Transfer the seasoned sweet potato noodles to the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly in a single layer.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Remove the noodles from the air fryer when they are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
