Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the shrimp and sliced sausage to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Place the shrimp and sausage in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping, until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the sausage is browned.
Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
