Air Fryer Potato Halves

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Crispy and tender air fryer potato halves seasoned with garlic and herbs, perfect as a quick side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale

4 medium russet potatoes, washed and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Add the potato halves to the bowl and toss well to coat all sides evenly with the seasoning mixture.
Place the potato halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Flip the potato halves so the cut side is up and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for 2 minutes before serving.
