Air Fryer Lemon Butter Salmon

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 2 1x

Description

A quick and delicious air fryer lemon butter salmon recipe that is tender, flaky, and bursting with bright citrus flavor and rich buttery goodness. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create the lemon butter sauce.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of each fillet generously with the lemon butter sauce.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and spoon any remaining lemon butter sauce over the top.
Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley before serving.
