Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wraps

Description

Grilled chicken breast slices wrapped in flour tortillas with sweet and tangy barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, shredded lettuce, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and fresh cilantro leaves. Juicy chicken with crisp lettuce and tender pineapple chunks create a vibrant, layered wrap.


Ingredients

grilled chicken breast slices
flour tortillas
pineapple chunks
shredded lettuce
diced red onion
shredded cheddar cheese
barbecue sauce
cilantro leaves


Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken breast slices until cooked through and slightly charred, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from grill and slice thinly.
Warm flour tortillas briefly on the grill or in a skillet.
Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each tortilla.
Layer grilled chicken slices over sauce.
Add pineapple chunks, shredded lettuce, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut diagonally in half.
Arrange wraps side by side on a rectangular white plate with cilantro sprigs and pineapple wedges for garnish.
