Description

Grilled salmon fillet with a crispy exterior and moist, flaky interior, topped with a lemon pepper butter sauce. Garnished with fresh parsley and served with a lemon wedge for a rustic American steakhouse experience.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly on both sides.
Place salmon on the grill skin-side down and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Flip salmon and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes until the exterior is crispy and the interior is flaky.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.
Serve grilled salmon fillet centered on plate, spoon lemon pepper butter sauce over the top.
Garnish with parsley and place a lemon wedge on the side.
