Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato (about 6 ounces), peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure crispiness.
Cook the fries at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to promote even crisping.
Check for desired crispiness; if needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
