  • Yield: 2 1x

Description

Salmon fillet baked with a sticky and flavorful sweet chili garlic sauce, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and olive oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Brush the sweet chili garlic sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flaky and the sauce forms a sticky glaze.
Remove from oven and drizzle any remaining sauce on top.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side, plating the salmon centered on a white rectangular plate.
