High Protein Grilled Chicken Breast

Description

A simple and delicious high-protein grilled chicken breast recipe that is perfect for meal prep or a healthy dinner. This recipe uses minimal ingredients to keep the chicken juicy and flavorful while maximizing protein content.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Brush the chicken breasts evenly with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill.
Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on one side without moving it to get grill marks.
Flip the chicken breasts and grill for another 6 to 7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with your choice of sides.
