Description

A healthy and protein-packed chicken salad made with tender cooked chicken breast, creamy Greek yogurt, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a nutritious lunch or light dinner.

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions
