2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped green onions and celery to the mixture. Stir to combine evenly.
Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and fresh lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the chicken dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with your choice of whole grain crackers, vegetable sticks, or pita chips.
