A simple and delicious Parmesan-crusted white fish that’s crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Ingredients
4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or similar)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush fish fillets lightly with olive oil.
Press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture to coat both sides.
Place coated fillets on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and crust is golden.
Serve immediately with lemon slices.
