Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats, tips discarded
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, crushed dried rosemary, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat all wings evenly with the Italian seasoning mixture.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, flip the wings over and continue cooking for an additional 12-13 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
