  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x

Description

Moist and flaky salmon fillet baked with a creamy Boursin garlic and herb cheese topping, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon.

Ingredients

Scale

6 oz salmon fillet, skin on
2 tbsp Boursin garlic and herb cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before plating.
Serve the salmon centered on a white round plate, garnished with a small sprig of parsley and a thin lemon wedge on the side.
