Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground pork, breaking it apart with a spatula; cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in shredded cabbage and grated carrot; sauté until cabbage is soft but still tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with red pepper flakes; stir well to combine and heat through for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
