Tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich, creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Easy, comforting, and perfect for dinner any night of the week.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
