1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

In a medium bowl, spoon 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese as the base.
Top the cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries, and the sliced banana from 1 medium banana.
