Ingredients
12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, green beans, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Place the shrimp and green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque, and the green beans tender-crisp.
Transfer the shrimp and green beans to a serving dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
