Ingredients
12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces (about 12 ounces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, asparagus, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Place the shrimp and asparagus mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Cook for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping. The shrimp should be pink and opaque, and the asparagus tender-crisp.
Remove the shrimp and asparagus from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
