Ingredients
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and low-fat mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the Dijon mustard and fresh lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
Fold in the chopped fresh parsley and chives.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled alongside chicken nuggets.
