Description
A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe marinated in a savory soy sauce glaze. Perfectly cooked salmon with a delicious umami taste, ready in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each, skin on
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the fillets to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting excess drip off, and place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Drizzle any remaining marinade over the salmon and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
